IHN is a local and national (501)(c)(3)

non-profit organization that works alongside faith communities, city-wide agencies and organizations assisting homeless families.

Our Mission:

to assist homeless families in the Albuquerque community to achieve and sustain independence

By providing:

	shelter in local faith congregations
	Meals (3 daily)
	Case management
	Life skills workshops
	Shower & laundry facilities (Day Center)
	Volunteers with community outreach opportunities
	Public awareness of homeless families

Qualifying criteria: Must be a family; one or two parents; with children present (under 18) experiencing homelessness choosing to make a long-term difference. We house 3 families, up to 14 people at a time.
